Currency

Joyjocey is a Canadian store and prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise shown. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

Payment security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout and the selected payment provider. Joyjocey does not receive or store your full credit card number.

Payment issues

If your payment is declined, confirm that your billing address, card details, expiry date, and security code are correct. Your bank may also require additional verification or may temporarily block an online transaction.
